Regulatory Update

After the recent problems that have occurred in the Grand Prix of Belgium, has decided to be more severe in some aspects of the regulation.
The next race (Italian GP), although times will be as follows, and must necessarily be respected, otherwise excluded from qualifying / race.

Hours:
- Time: 21:00 - 21-10: Maximum time of entry into the server (or room in the absence of the server).
- At 21:10: Start qualifying lasted 10 minutes.
- At 21:20: A completed qualifications to go to the session lasted 5 minutes of warmup
- At 21:25: Race Start

The pilots latecomers will be allowed to run the race by jumping qualifications, so drivers can enter up until the end of the warmup without the possibility of lengthening waiting times. In the case of sudden crash of some drivers during the warmup or before departure, that session will be restarted to allow pilots to return and play the game, provided that the same are available on the forum (by writing a message in chat saying to log off and who are returning) without too much delay. If you spend 2 whole warmup sessions (ie within 10 minutes) with no feedback from the pilot, or the continuing problems of an individual to return, we will proceed regularly to the race. Please note that anyone who entered during the course of qualifications, please do not chat for no reason and wait for the end of the same without making any timed lap. This pilot will be relegated to the last position on the grid.

In the general case of a crash during the race three situations may occur:

- If the crash occurred in the early laps of the race (max 5) all the drivers are requested to immediately write in chat forum (formula1mania.forumcommunity.net) of your crash. So declare an administrator to do. If the server is back in stock we will proceed to make a re-start, preceded by a full session of warmup.
- If repeated crashes occur (2) in the early laps of the race (max 5) the race will be postponed.
- If the crash occurs after exceeding the limits given above (5 turns) the race will be validated. In case there is a crash before half the points awarded will be halved. In the event that it is halfway into the race the points awarded will be complete. (They rounded up.)

So it's a good idea to remember that in case of a crash every driver is required to communicate on the forum chatting. If he does not receive response singifica that the crash is not general but refers to the individual and then there will be no restart.

Also note that for each race must be confirmed its presence in the appropriate topic that is open weekly from an administrator. Who does not confirm the presence will be automatically excluded from qualifying.
